Overview
The SZMB-9 magneto electric speed sensor is a passive sensor designed for speed measuring gears. The magnetic gap change caused by the rotation of the speed measuring gear generates an induced electromotive force in the probe coil, and its amplitude is related to the speed. The higher the speed, the higher the output voltage, and the output frequency is proportional to the speed.
Product Details

SZMB-9 magneto electric speed sensorAdopting the principle of electromagnetic induction to achieve speed measurement. It has a large output signal, good anti-interference performance, does not require an external power supply, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water and gas.

feature

SZMB-9 magneto electric speed sensorIt is a passive power generation sensor designed for speed measuring gears. The magnetic gap change caused by the rotation of the speed measuring gear generates an induced electromotive force in the probe coil, and its amplitude is related to the speed. The higher the speed, the higher the output voltage, and the output frequency is proportional to the speed. As the speed further increases, the magnetic circuit loss increases and the output potential tends to saturate. When the speed is too high, the magnetic circuit loss intensifies and the potential sharply decreases.

Output signal amplitude: 30r/min>500mV (test conditions: transmission gear, with 60 teeth, made of electrical steel, modulus of 2, sensor end face 1mm from tooth tip). The amplitude of the signal is proportional to the rotational speed and inversely proportional to the gap between the end face and the tooth tip.

Output voltage waveform: involute gear - approximate sine wave, if the gear is slightly eccentric, it is an amplitude modulated sine wave; Orifice plate - approximate square wave.

Tooth shape:Forming an involute tooth profile is the most suitable tooth profile. Using large modulus gears or other tooth profiles will result in significant waveform distortion, This will hinder accurate measurements. If the spindle has axial movement, It should be noted that the center of the magnetic pole should be located at the center of the gear

To ensure the normal operation of the sensor, a magnetic transmission gear or orifice plate gear must be installed on the rotating body to be detected, with a modulus greater than or equal to 2. During installation, the sensor end face should be about 1mm away from the tooth top The sensor output is a dual core shielded wire,
