This far-infrared tunnel oven is widely used for drying and sterilizing various ampoules, easy to pull bottles, penicillin bottles, and other glass containers in pharmaceutical production. It can also be used for drying materials in industrial sectors such as chemical, food, and electronics industries.
SMH Tunnel Sterilization Oven--Features:
This oven adopts 1Cr18i9TI or imported SUS304 stainless steel mesh belt, and the transmission speed adopts stepless speed regulation.
The heating element of the oven adopts far-infrared quartz heating tubes or gold-plated quartz tubes installed at the top of the oven according to user requirements, and is equipped with a reflective mechanism for adjustment, which improves the thermal efficiency.
The oven is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and temperature digital display control. Can be controlled at any constant temperature state.
At the exit, vertical laminar flow purification with a cleanliness level of 100 can be used to cool the material and keep it in a strictly sterile and dust-free state.
Aluminum silicate is used as insulation material in the oven insulation layer, which has good insulation performance.
Instructions for use: Close the main switch, turn on the automatic heating button, and adjust the desired temperature within the upper and lower limits. After reaching the constant temperature state, turn on the transmission motor and adjust the transmission speed at the same time. Turn on the fan and adjust the air volume. Load materials onto chains or mesh belts using stainless steel or aluminum plates. According to the process requirements, the speed can be adjusted and transmitted freely to meet the drying and sterilization requirements
