The SJ5100 Prec (Precision Measurement) high-precision grating length measuring machine adopts imported high-precision grating measurement system, precision grinding guide rail, high-precision temperature compensation system, bidirectional constant force measurement system, and high-performance computer control system technology to achieve high-precision measurement of length parameters. By using high-precision grinding guide rails to ensure high stability and straightness of measurement walking, an imported high-precision grating measurement system is used to record the length direction coordinates in contact measurement. The data is synthesized with feedback data from tilt measurement devices, force measurement devices, and temperature sensors by a computer, and analyzed according to the relevant definitions and formulas of the measured part parameters to calculate the relevant length parameters.
