This instrument includes a grating sensor, motion control card, image acquisition device, calibration software, industrial computer, and printer.
SJ2410Image based steel ruler calibratorUsing a metrological grating ruler as the length standard and controlled by an industrial computer.
After the user clicks "Start Calibration", the computer will drag the motor to the corresponding position based on the user-defined calibration position information, using the grating ruler reading as the reference. Then, the camera takes a line pattern image and automatically analyzes the line pattern information, including line width, line pattern, and edge distance. After all the lines to be tested are verified, the computer determines whether the steel ruler is qualified according to the regulations, and generates a verification record of the verification data, which is saved in the database for customers to preview and print.
