NPS-6.0WS
The NPS-6.0WS/P distributed intelligent control simulation screen system is widely used in various levels of power grid dispatch centers, power plants, substations, water plants, sewage treatment plants, highways, building automation, metallurgy, coal and petrochemical, transportation and other enterprises and departments. It is a large-scale advanced complete set of equipment provided to various enterprise control centers. This system is a new simulation screen system developed by our company based on the existing NPS-2003 simulation screen, taking into account the current market demand and future development direction. It adopts a distributed system structure, where each remote signaling and telemetry point is intelligently controlled by an independent high-speed processing chip, resulting in a high degree of intelligence and strong functionality. The characteristics of its distributed network connection make the entire system cable connection simple and clear, and easy to use and maintain.
The NPS-6.0WS/P distributed intelligent control simulation screen system has the characteristics of higher reliability, higher cost-effectiveness, and higher practicality. It can accurately and real-time reflect the operation status of various devices, thereby achieving functions such as centralized monitoring, measurement, signal indication, and accident alarm. System composition and functions
The NPS-6.0WS/P distributed intelligent control simulation screen system consists of several parts, including the chassis, screen, and electrical system.

The simulated screen rack is made of 2mm thick cold-rolled sheet metal and is composed of three parts: the top section is 100mm high, the base section is 500mm high, and the middle section is the effective display area. The thickness of the tray screen body is 600mm, and the side screen is made by combining the upper and lower parts. There is a door on the back of the tray for daily maintenance and dust prevention purposes. After the production of the disk rack is completed in units, it undergoes processes such as acid washing, phosphating, rust prevention, and electrostatic spraying to achieve a beautiful and elegant overall appearance. Then, it is riveted, assembled, and fixed on site.

Screen module:
The simulated screen is assembled from 25mm * 25mm detachable plastic modules, with a matte surface and an internationally popular gray color. It is injection molded from imported GE polycarbonate (PPO) flame retardant material, with a flame retardant rating of V12, high strength and aging resistance. At the same time, the modules are tightly bonded and have high flatness.
Screen layout:
The process flow, equipment symbols, text, and static pipelines on the screen are all output with digital graphics and text, and printed with high-precision color inkjet printing. The plastic module screen is fixed to the tray frame with hook screws, divided into individual units, and the entire screen is evenly stressed, firm and reliable. All instruments and status lights required to display data or status on the screen are embedded in the screen, which is coordinated and aesthetically pleasing.

The analog screen electrical system consists of several parts such as power supply, control, drive, and display. Our company's analog screen electrical part adopts a new highly integrated design, with a high degree of intelligence and bus based communication.
