1、 Product Overview:
This product is a modified organosilicon type, which is mainly composed of modified organosilicon polymer as the film-forming substance. It is modified by adding crosslinking agents and combined with high-quality heat-resistant pigments, fillers, additives, solvents, etc. It is a single component high-temperature resistant heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating that is mechanically processed and ground. This product is divided into base, middle, surface, and paint.

2、 Scope of application:
Coating various metal high-temperature equipment, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 400 ℃. Widely used for surface coating and anti-corrosion of high-temperature equipment such as high-temperature furnaces, chimneys, flue exhaust pipes, engine casings, soundproof ports, drying ovens, ovens, hot air stoves, and petroleum cracking in various industries.

3、 Main features:
1. The coating has excellent high temperature resistance. Has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance under high temperature conditions.
2. Can be naturally dried; If baked at 140 ℃ and dried for 1.5-2 hours to cure, the coating performance is optimal.

5、 Construction parameters:
1. Surface treatment requirements: The rust removal on the painted metal surface should reach international Sa2.5 or St3 level. The surface of metal products can also be treated with phosphating and cleaned thoroughly.
2. Open the bucket and stir: After opening the bucket, thoroughly stir the paint until there is no sediment or color difference at the bottom of the bucket before coating. The interval between the bottom and middle coats is shorter, while the interval between the topcoat coats is longer.
3. Diluent and dilution ratio: Special diluent, 3-10%.
4. Construction precautions: It is best to apply the next coat after the previous coat has dried, and try to use spraying as much as possible.
5. Theoretical consumption: If the influence of various factors in actual construction is not considered, the theoretical consumption is about 0.18kg/m2.
6. Storage and transportation: It is flammable and should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place away from sources of fire. The storage temperature should not exceed 400C, and collisions should be avoided.
7. The validity period is 10 months. If it exceeds the validity period and passes the re inspection, it can still be used.
