SmartScope Flash CNC 300

SmartScope ® FlashTM CNC300 is a high-capacity component video inspection system. We can use TTL lasers, contact probes, or microprobes to configure it into a cost-effective multi-sensor system. The measurement range of the Flash CNC300 system in the Z-axis direction can reach 250mm, and even with the installation of a rotating table to achieve four axis functionality, it can load large workpieces.

Innovative mechanical design.The unique patented design of the "lifting bridge" makes the entire system more compact in appearance compared to other similar stroke models. The volume of the entire system is 0.6 cubic meters.

Fixed precision.Precision machinery ensures stable axial straightness and perpendicularity, and its unique mechanical structure design enables the system to meet strict spatial accuracy requirements.

Precise optics.The Flash CNC300 is equipped with a high-quality 12:1 zoom lens, which maintains excellent optical performance throughout its entire focusing range. 1) Temperature change limit: 1 ℃/hour.
