Integrated metal 3D printing service throughout the entire process
1. Material confirmation: Select appropriate metal welding wire materials based on mechanical performance requirements
2. Model modification: Modify the model of the additive raw material state of the part
3. Slice compilation: Plan the slicing path of the model, determine the additive process parameters, and export the printing path program
4. Additive Manufacturing: Start additive manufacturing of parts based on the printing path set for the parts
5. Heat treatment: (Some materials require) parts undergo heat treatment to remove internal thermal stress or optimize mechanical properties
7. Quality inspection: Check the quality of parts to ensure that they meet the acceptance requirements
6. Machining: Machining parts to meet dimensional accuracy requirements
8. Delivery: Complete the delivery of finished products
Application Cases
5.3-meter ultra large metal 3D printed sculpture
The sculpture measures 5.3m x 4.8m x 3.8m in length, width, and height, with a total weight of over 2000kg. It features 1312 hollow heart-shaped textures and is printed using the WAAM arc additive technology from Rongsu Technology. This solves the problem of deformation control for large and complex grid structures, showcasing the cross-border integration of art sculpture and 3D printing technology.
