The Memmert sterilization box has a set point waiting function to ensure precise sterilization time, even highly resistant microorganisms can be completely killed. SetpointWAIT function

Accurate timed temperature control during high-temperature sterilization of laboratory equipment can help save lives. Therefore, the Set point WAIT function ensures that sterilization time will only begin when the set temperature is reached. When using an optional Pt100 sensor with free positioning for measurement, all measurement points must reach the set temperature, which is crucial for continuing the program. The ControlCOCKPIT will directly display up to three measurement values, or display one measurement value on an external testing device or 4-20mA interface.

Confirmed that there are no issues

Due to its unique SetpointWAIT function, the Memmert sterilization box is able to meet all strict quality assurance requirements, and therefore has been confirmed to have no issues. In addition, the Memmert sterilization chamber directly measures the actual temperature of the sample through a movable probe (optional) inside the chamber and can fully record the measurement process. The combination of ID card process control and electromagnetic door lock (optional) device fully ensures testing safety. TwinPLAY can choose a combination of electromagnetic door lock device (optional) program control, process control, and identification card (ID card) to ensure safety.

The sterilization boxes SN/SF and SNplus/SFplus are classified as lla and fully comply with the EU device certification 93/42/EEC regulations and standards, and are also suitable for dry heat sterilization.

Inner cavity: made of stainless steel material, 1.4301 (ASTM304), with heating elements arranged in U-shaped grooves formed by four sided stamping, achieving excellent four sided heating
