The air exchange rate and damper position can be electronically controlled in ControlCOCKPIT. The size of the ventilation opening can ensure air exchange rate and drying time. In various applications, it is not only recommended, but even mandatory to control ventilation. Reducing sealing can avoid unnecessary air convection when drying powders, sand, or grains.
In other applications, such as testing wires or cables, a determined air exchange rate is required. The feature of UFplus devices is that temperature programming and air exchange rate setting can be achieved through the use of AtmoCONTROL software.
Preheating of fresh air
Due to the temperature deviation caused by the input fresh air, it can affect the characteristics of the test sample or prolong the drying time of the sample. Therefore, for the Memmert universal oven, fresh air is first supplied to the preheating chamber for preheating, and then introduced into the box.
