Meikang CE-2C-1000-ISG Zirconia Analyzer

1、 Product Features Highlights
Real time online monitoring: The analyzer can work continuously online. When the standard gas is introduced from the detector inlet, it can achieve a response of 90% in just 5 seconds, and can quickly and accurately monitor the oxygen content in the flue gas.
Convenient display and output: Adopting wall mounted LCD display, data reading is intuitive. Supports 4-20mA signal output and is equipped with HART protocol for easy integration with other systems.
Wide range and high precision: The range is available from 0-25% and 0-20.6%, with repeatability controlled within ± 0.5% of full range; Basic error ≤ ± 2% (full range), stability ≤ ± 1% (instrument continuously calibrated for 4 hours).
2、 Probe and installation parameters
Probe type: ISG zirconia probe offers two options: anti-corrosion and standard, to meet the needs of different scenarios.
Flexible installation: Two installation methods are available: direct insertion and extraction, with a depth of 300-1500mm to choose from. For example, the CE-2C-1000-ISG has a depth of 1000mm. The analyzer has an outer diameter of 155mm and a hole spacing of 130mm.
3、 Product environmental adaptability
Wide temperature adaptation range: The detector can work normally in an environment of -10 ℃ to 80 ℃, and the converter is suitable for a temperature range of 0 ℃ to 40 ℃.
Multi scenario applicability: Suitable for industries such as thermal power plants, waste to energy plants, chemical plants, etc., whether it is coal-fired power plants or gas boilers, they can operate stably.
4、 Product Selection Guide
Coal fired power plants: It is recommended to use standard probes with stainless steel 304 protective tubes, which can achieve accurate online measurement in the flue gas temperature range of 0-700 ℃.
Garbage power plant: Choose corrosion-resistant and waterproof probes with stainless steel 316L protective tubes to cope with complex garbage incineration flue gas environments at temperatures ranging from 0-700 ℃.
Biomass power plant: Stainless steel 316L material anti-corrosion and waterproof probes are also used to meet the monitoring needs of biomass combustion flue gas from 0-700 ℃.
High temperature exhaust scenario: When the flue gas temperature reaches 0-1600 ℃ and the SOx/NOx content is high, an exhaust analyzer equipped with silicon carbide material and ceramic filters ensures accurate measurement and equipment safety.
