Performance and characteristics

This machine uses manual placement of the wrapped rubber bands in the conveyor belt box. The rubber bands at both ends of the mask are automatically conveyed and cut, welded firmly, and completed by the machine at once. It is a high output, low scrap rate, easy to operate equipment, and the appearance is made of aluminum alloy structure.

By using ultrasonic cutting to weld various patterns and process hole edges, it can also make non-woven bags (or other chemical fiber materials) with welding points more firm.

Double or multiple layers bonded together, non-linear and non substitutable for needle and thread.
