SDDL-2013A Yangzhou Sudian Cable Fault Tester is a solution for the power industry and a rapid development in the IT era. Yangzhou Sudian has systematized the limitations of the original cable fault tester using an industrial control embedded computer platform system, network service business, USB communication technology, and convenient on-site environment operation of the instrument. The testing software automatically identifies card positions and reads fault distances, providing a set of multi solution service methods and management learning software, especially for the increasing number of buried cable faults.

    

2、 Product Features:

1. Adopting an industrial control embedded computer platform system and an industrial grade usage environment to achieve * stability. Lithium battery power supply, convenient for on-site testing.

2. Adopting a 12.1-inch large screen touch system and fully integrated software for computer operation platform, bidding farewell to the era of cable instrument microcontrollers, and equipped with cable fault testing software and cable data management software.

3. Adopting a new USB communication interface, stable signal acquisition is achieved. Paired with a laptop, dual control and dual display can be achieved. The host can automatically select the lowest 25MHz and sampling frequency, which can meet the testing requirements of cables of different lengths and reduce rough measurement errors.

4. The software implements automatic fault search, distance display, and dual cursor movement with an accuracy of 0.1 meters. 1. Product Usage:
Used for precise positioning of fault points in buried cables.
2. Main features
2. 1. The instrument uses special structured acoustic vibration sensors and low-noise components as preamplifiers, which improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the instrument's fixed-point and path detection.
2. 2. Adopting advanced static noise fixed-point technology effectively overcomes most of the noise interference in the on-site environment. Only when working under high pressure shock, the sound channel of the fixed-point instrument is opened to listen for the vibration waves of the underground fault point. For hundreds of meters long faulty cables, it is generally not necessary to conduct rough measurements to implement fixed points, which truly achieves high efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
2. 6. The use of 15KHz amplitude modulated electromagnetic waves and amplitude detection technology for path detection and cable burial depth measurement avoids the interference of TV line frequency on the fixed-point instrument when the original equal amplitude 15KHz signal source is used.
The instrument is extremely easy to operate, just turn on the power switch, there is no need to shift gears or select functions.
Another significant feature of the instrument is its compact structure, small size, modularity, ease of carrying and maintenance, powerful functionality, and high precision.
3. Fixed point principle:
The precise positioning of the fault point is achieved using the principle of acoustic magnetic synchronous fixed-point. The specific implementation method is as follows:
Apply pulse high voltage to one end of the buried power cable to generate a discharge arc at the fault point of the buried power cable. The discharge arc generates electromagnetic waves and vibration sound waves - acoustic and magnetic signals. The digital synchronous fixed-point instrument synchronously receives the acoustic and magnetic signals radiated by the discharge arc. Based on the time difference between the electromagnetic waves and sound waves received by the digital synchronous fixed-point instrument, it is converted and displayed digitally as the straight-line distance from the receiver fixed-point probe to the fault point. At the same time, along the path of cable burial, the size of the discharge vibration sound at the fault point is determined from the headphones based on the sound waves received by the probe. Directly above the fault point, the digital display screen shows a small reading and a loud vibration wave, which can accurately determine the precise location of the fault point.

5. Attention:
Firstly, roughly measure the distance of cable faults, then accurately determine the cable burial path, and then use this instrument to implement fixed-point measurement. Do not implement fixed-point in situations where the path is unclear.
The digital synchronous fixed-point instrument needs to be charged before use and must use an 8.4V charging adapter. The charging time should not be less than 8 hours (the charging socket is located on the back panel of the instrument). If the indicator light on the charging adapter changes from red to green during the charging process, it means that the internal battery is fully charged.
In the process of searching for cable paths, when the output of the path signal is large, the cables laid in parallel near the tested cable will also sense the path signal and generate secondary radiation, which will cause the small sound point characteristics of the headphones to be unclear, and even walk along the path of nearby cables, resulting in incorrect judgment.
If this situation occurs, the cable path can be traced from the end of the tested cable to the starting direction. This can avoid the trouble of path detection misjudgment.
2、 Cable Path Tester (Unit)
1. Purpose:
This path signal source, when combined with a path detection receiver, can reliably detect the burial path and depth of various buried cables.
2. Characteristics:
Due to the use of intermittent amplitude modulation for a 15KHz sine signal. When detecting the path direction and burial depth of buried cables, it can effectively suppress power frequency interference and co frequency interference of TV horizontal frequency (15625Hz). Improved on-site detection efficiency. Due to the use of amplitude modulation technology, this signal source is not only suitable for traditional beat type receivers but also for direct amplification type double voltage detection path receivers. The high-power output signal of this signal source can enable the detected path distance to reach more than 10Km, for various types of cables laid over long lengths in various fields and enterprises.
