The manual pressure control switch is a high-precision device that detects, displays, alarms, and controls signal output to ensure the normal operation of the system. 1. The pressure switch is the main component in the fire sprinkler system, installed in the wet alarm valve of the fire sprinkler system.
2. The function of the fire pressure switch is to automatically activate the pressure switch when the pressure in the fire sprinkler pipeline is lower than the pressure at the water supply end, and feedback the action signal back to the fire automatic alarm system host. The control host receives a signal to activate the fire sprinkler pump for pressurization.
3. The input module, also known as the monitoring module, is used to detect the working status of equipment. Usually, normally open signal devices are used for monitoring. Once the monitored equipment is activated and the normally open end is closed, an alarm message is sent to the host indicating the device's action.
4. Pressure switch: When the alarm valve is activated, the alarm pipeline is filled with water, and the pressure inside the pipeline is greater than the set value, the switch is activated to provide feedback to the system that the alarm valve is working.
5. Signal valve: In order to avoid personnel misoperation, which may cause the valve to close and the system to malfunction, a signal feedback device is installed on the valve to avoid pressure switch pressure adjustment.

① Due to the fact that precision pressure gauges are generally used in laboratories, prolonged and high-frequency use on production sites can quickly cause their readings to exceed the tolerance range. Therefore, this testing method is not suitable for use under on-site conditions;
② The engraved lines of precision pressure gauges are very dense, which can easily lead to misreading and misjudgment. In addition, factors such as worker fatigue and subjective reasons can also cause reading differences;
③ During operation, the verification personnel read the precision pressure gauge reading or digital pressure gauge reading after judging the switch change, and the data may cause errors due to different times.
With the development of industrial level, this method of listening to sound and reading to verify pressure switches is gradually unable to meet the basic requirements of industrial production. Only with the help of precision inspection equipment can production needs be met, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the quality of verification and the accuracy of data.
  Precautions for installation of manual pressure control switch:
Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the installation position of the mechanical pressure switch meets the relevant installation status requirements. During installation, the installer needs to consider whether the installation position is convenient for the user to observe and operate.
When installing a mechanical pressure switch, make sure the pressure switch is close to the pressure measuring point and the distance between the two is as short as possible. This not only ensures its sealing, but also reduces surrounding interference during use, so as to better utilize the measurement performance of the mechanical pressure switch.
If the mechanical pressure switch is installed in a vibrating environment, it is important to install a buffer before installing the mechanical pressure switch to reduce the vibration amplitude to a minimum. If the mechanical pressure switch is installed in a pipeline, it is necessary to pay attention to fixing the pressure switch to avoid adverse effects caused by pipeline vibration.
