MTL 47mm PTFE filter membrane

Note: The actual size of all 47mm filter membranes is 46.2mm, which is a common practice in the industry and not a special case unique to MTL.

Both sides (or one side) of the MTL filter membrane can be pre printed with a QR code (DMC identification code) of approximately 5mm x 5mm, which can be quickly and effectively identified and managed by an automatic weighing system with a barcode scanner and database engine without any human intervention. Users can also access all relevant historical data of MTL filter membranes pre printed with QR codes at any time through a handheld barcode scanner.

The special ink and printing method used in this design are patented technologies owned by MTL. The QR codes printed on the MTL filter membrane are inert and very durable. This design and application comply with the US EPA quality assurance standards.

The size and position of the QR code on the MTL filter membrane are optimized for automated weighing applications, with a minimum distance of 5mm between the front and back sides. If customers need to print it in a specific location, please consult customer service before placing an order.
