Lubricating oil foam characteristic tester (YTK)

Product Overview:

The foam property tester of lubricating oil is used to measure the foam property of engine lubricating oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other oil products according to GB/T12579-90 and ASTMD892 Determination of foam Property of Lubricating Oil to evaluate the foam tendency and foam stability of lubricating oil.

Instrument features:

The instrument has two constant temperature water baths, which can perform tests on the oil at 24 ℃ and 93.5 ℃ respectively.

Each water bath is equipped with two measuring cylinders, which can simultaneously test two different types of oil or conduct parallel tests on one type of oil.

The design of the gas diffusion head adopts a detachable connection structure, which facilitates cleaning and replacement of the diffusion head.

The instrument is equipped with a refrigeration device, which can conduct a 24 ℃ test when the ambient temperature is above 24 ℃.

There is a guide tube outside the main heater to ensure a good constant temperature effect after stirring.

There are separate control boxes for electrical and flow control, which are convenient for use, maintenance, and upkeep.

This device is equipped with a time counter and automatic alarm function, which can timely remind the operator.
