PMCA is a portable methane and carbon dioxide analyzer designed specifically for soil flux applications. PMCA has the same robustness as a portable methane analyzer (PMA) and can be housed in an ultra light 9-inch x 6-inch x 3.5-inch housing, weighing only 5 pounds.

In addition to detecting and measuring CH4, PMCA can also detect and measure CO2. The CH4 measurement accuracy and dynamic range are the same as the PMA specification.
