The KY-200A crude oil organic chlorine content analyzer is based on the principle of microcoulometry. Various forms of total chlorine in the sample are converted into HCl at high temperatures in nitrogen and oxygen, and enter the titration cell. Through electrolysis, silver ions are generated in the cell and react with chloride ions. The microcomputer automatically calculates the total chlorine content in the sample based on the electricity consumed by the silver ions and Faraday's law.
