KY-200ACrude oil organic chlorine content analyzerAccording to the principle of microcoulometry, various forms of total chlorine in the sample are converted into HCl at high temperatures in nitrogen and oxygen, and enter the titration cell. Through electrolysis, silver ions are produced in the cell and react with chloride ions. The microcomputer automatically calculates the total chlorine content in the sample based on the amount of electricity consumed by the silver ions produced and Faraday's law. The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, and the samples are loaded by an automatic sampler, with a high degree of instrument automation. It can be used for the analysis of trace total chlorine in petrochemical products and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, scientific research, teaching, environmental protection, quality inspection, and commercial inspection.
