Gas Chromatography AI Maintenance Support (GCAI) is the data monitoring software for the GC8000 process gas analyzer. The measurement data of GC8000 connected to the analyzer server software (PCAS) can be used to detect and visualize "abnormal" measurement conditions in real time. This system can help customers predict faults in advance for preventive maintenance planning and quickly solve immediate problems. It can also predict the future separation state of the measured peak to help optimize the column replacement time.

Using GC8000 measurement data connected to the analyzer server software (PCAS), the machine learning model built in GCAI can detect "abnormal" measurement conditions as anomalies and visualize them in real-time.
Simply select the normal chromatographic data of GC8000 as a reference to easily construct the machine learning model. Due to the use of DuTe detection algorithm for each chromatogram in this model, it can adapt to various measurement specifications. Users can input and record the reasons for detected anomalies.
Historical abnormal frequencies can be analyzed based on their causes to assist in developing preventive maintenance plans.

• Replace the base of the rotary valve

(1) Stop the system
(2) Turn off the sampling supply
(3) If the system is equipped with a flow path switching valve, set the operation mode to manual mode, and then prompt the sampling process to switch the system flow path
Replace the valve so that the left side of the valve opens.
(4) If the sampling is liquid, after turning off the sampling supply, blow the sampling pipeline with carrier gas and forced gas.
(5) Close the flow path switching valve.
(6) Turn off the power.

CAUTION
K9634DBThe thermostat is very hot when the power is just turned off. After turning off the power, continue to supply protective gas for one hour. Keep your hands away from the incubator

(7) Turn off the supply of protective gas, carrier gas, combustion hydrogen (or nitrogen) for FID, and combustion air.
(8) Manually loosen the nut and remove the pipeline.
(9) Remove the gasket, cover the assembly and valve base. Do not remove the washer and coil spring. (Refer to Figure 2.15)
(10) As shown in Figure 2.16, the orientation of the valve base and cover assembly is provided; These components should be positioned correctly during installation.
(11) When reassembling the components, follow the steps (8) to (9) in reverse and manually tighten the nuts. Do not use oil or grease
The grease sticks to the base.
