Due to the fact that the transmission mechanism can be placed inside the supporting main bearings of the planetary carrier, the axial size of the transmission can be greatly reduced, resulting in a compact structure.

The curvature radius of an epitrochoid is larger than that of an epitrochoid under the same conditions, so it can withstand greater forces than an epitrochoid.
3. Smooth transmission and high lifespan
By adopting a two-stage reduction mechanism, the cycloidal pinwheel planetary transmission in the low-speed stage is more stable. At the same time, due to the increase in the number of arm bearings and the decrease in the speed of the inner and outer rings, its service life is greatly improved.
4. Low return difference
Adopting optimized design, the manufacturing error is small, the motion accuracy is high, and the backlash is small.
5. Good output rigidity
The output mechanism of the epitrochoid planetary pinwheel transmission adopts a rigid disc output structure with embedded cross roller cross bearings supported at both ends, which is as large as possible. It has greater stiffness than the output mechanism of the RV epitrochoid reducer (angular contact bearing structure), and its impact resistance is also greatly improved.
