2.Parameter setting and alarm
The parameter setting interface mainly completes the mapping relationship setting between IO ports and relay devices, sensors, various switch signals, etc. on the production line; Setting of production capacity parameters, speed parameters, etc. on the monitoring interface; Setting parameters for auxiliary mechanisms such as loading and unloading racks, flipping mechanisms, and conveying structures; Implement tool compensation and measurement instrument feedback value settings on the console through the network.

3.PLC logic processing
Logic processing is the core of flexible manufacturing units and a part of the implementation of production line flexibility. The IO used for workstation coordination and control on the entire production line will be connected to the flexible manufacturing control unit for processing by the logic processing module. The normal operation of the production line function is directly related to the normality of each IO quantity. The logic processing module needs to be able to provide the correct processing method based on the status of each IO quantity, and at the same time send the results to the simulation module for updating the display.
