1、 Scope of use

Removing solid suspended solids, oils, and various gelatinous substances from various industrial and municipal wastewater, widely used in aquaculture, slaughtering, food processing, electroplating, chemical industry, papermaking, oil refining, leather wastewater, etc.

2、 Working principle

The dissolved gas tank produces dissolved water, which enters the water to be treated through a release pipe. Small bubbles slowly rise and adhere to impurity particles, forming a floating body with a specific gravity lower than water, floating on the water surface to form floating slag. Then, the floating slag is removed by a scraper and sinks into the sedimentation cone with a specific water ratio, intermittently discharged into the sludge tank.

The main body of the equipment consists of several parts, including a dissolved air pump, an air-water separator, a flocculation chamber, an air flotation contact chamber, a separation chamber, a sedimentation cone, and a collection tank.

3、 Structural features:

1. A specially designed high-efficiency vortex gas tank dissolves air in water and releases it under reduced pressure, producing fine bubbles in the water with a particle size of about 20-40 μ m, which are more conducive to adhering to flocs.

2. Due to the relaxed requirements for flocculation, the amount of flocculant can be saved.

3. The purification effect is more significant than pressurized dissolved air flotation.

4. Easy to adjust during operation, stable process, no need for dedicated management.
