Scope of Application

At the same time, it can be used for a long time in outdoor environments with humidity, salt spray, corrosive media, and large temperature differences.

Installation and maintenance

Installation requirements:

1. Confirm that the explosion-proof level of the product matches the environmental hazard category before installation

2. Choose a location with no severe vibration and easy operation for installation

3. Tighten all bolts to ensure complete sealing of the box body

4. Cable entry requires the use of matching explosion-proof sealing joints and compression

5. The grounding terminal must be reliably connected to the protective grounding wire

Maintenance precautions:

1. Regularly check the elasticity of the sealing ring, replace it in a timely manner if it ages

2. Use a soft cloth to wipe the box when cleaning to avoid damaging the explosion-proof surface

3. Ensure that the power is cut off before opening the box

4. After maintenance, all explosion-proof structures must be restored to their original state

5. It is recommended to conduct professional explosion-proof performance testing every three years
