1. Environmental adaptability:The shell is made of 316 stainless steel or glass fiber reinforced polyester, which has the ability to resist chemical corrosion, acid, alkali, salt spray, and UV aging.
2. Modularity and Scalability:Adopting a modular cavity design, it supports the combination installation of multiple components such as multi circuit terminals, small circuit breakers, signal isolators, etc., making it easy for system expansion and maintenance.
3. Sealing and heat dissipation balance:While ensuring IP66/IP67 high-level protection (dustproof and waterproof), internal heat can be effectively dissipated through optimized heat dissipation rib design or built-in thermal conductive materials.

1. Explosion proof shell:The main chamber is of explosion-proof (Ex d) or increased safety (Ex e) structure, and the material can be selected from stainless steel, carbon steel spray coating or engineering plastic.
2. Introduction device:Equipped with multiple explosion-proof cable entry ports with double sealed structures as standard, effectively preventing gas from penetrating through cable gaps.
3. Internal configuration:High protection level terminal blocks (such as IP20), explosion-proof miniature circuit breakers, relays, or signal isolation barriers can be configured.
4. Grounding system:There are internal and external grounding signs to ensure reliable grounding of the entire device.
5. Observation window (optional):Equipped with explosion-proof transparent windows for easy observation of internal indicator lights or status.
Installation and Usage
1. Location selection:Installed in a location where pipeline vibration is minimal, easy to operate, and away from potential direct leakage impacts.
2. Pipeline fixation:Use specialized clamps or supports to securely fix the box to the pipeline, ensuring long-term stability.
3. Cable entry and sealing:The key to ensuring explosion-proof performance is to use gland heads that match the explosion-proof port and strictly seal the cable according to the requirements.
4. Internal wiring:Follow the wiring diagram to ensure that the terminals are firmly crimped, and different voltage levels of circuits should be laid separately or isolated.
5. Daily maintenance:Regularly check whether the box is fixed loosely, whether the sealing ring is elastic, and whether there is severe corrosion or dust accumulation on the outside. It is strictly prohibited to open the box during pressurized operation of process pipelines or without gas detection and safety confirmation in the area.
