Puwei is a magnetic driven ultra-high temperature vortex/centrifugal pump that transfers circulating media such as liquids without particles or fibers (water, thermal oil, ethylene glycol). The pump has a beautiful appearance, low vibration, and low noise. It is suitable for circulating high-temperature heat transfer oil up to 350 ℃ and hot water up to 180 ℃.

Operation and maintenance of industrial precision high and low temperature magnetic pumps:

1. The water pipeline must be highly sealed.

2. Do not operate the pump for a long time under cavitation conditions

3. Prohibit long-term operation of motor overcurrent when the pump is running at flow rate

4. When checking the operation of the pump regularly, the motor runs for a long time due to overcurrent.

5. The pump should be supervised by a dedicated person during operation to prevent accidents.

6. The pump should lubricate the bearings every 500 hours of operation. If the motor power is greater than 11KW, it is equipped with an oiling device that can be directly injected with a high-pressure oil gun to ensure optimal lubrication of the bearings

7. After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

Notes:

Magnetic pumps can transport liquid or gas media without leakage, but are sensitive to particles. If the conveying medium contains solid particles, a filter screen needs to be installed at the pump inlet. If the medium contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter needs to be installed.

Magnetic pump is a high-density equipment. After running normally for more than 1000 hours, the pump body should be disassembled and inspected, and vulnerable parts such as bearings and end face moving rings should be checked. For parts with severe wear and tear, new parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
