Introduction to High and Low Temperature Magnetic Pump:

AULANK High and Low Temperature Magnetic Pump is a magnetic driven ultra-high temperature vortex pump that transfers and circulates liquids (water, thermal oil, ethylene glycol) that do not contain particles or fibers. The pump has a beautiful appearance, low vibration, and low noise. It is suitable for circulating high-temperature heat transfer oil up to 350 ℃ and hot water up to 180 ℃.

Common faults of AULANK high and low temperature magnetic pump:

1) Pump shaft broken

The material used for the pump shaft of the magnetic pump is 99% alumina ceramic.

(2) The magnetic pump bearing is damaged.

The material used for the bearings of the magnetic pump is high-density carbon. If there is a water outage or impurities in the pump, it will cause damage to the bearings. If the coaxiality requirement between the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the cylindrical coupling cannot be guaranteed, it will directly affect the service life of the bearing.

(3) Magnetic pump cannot produce liquid

The inability of a magnetic pump to produce liquid is a common malfunction of the pump, and there are many reasons for this. Firstly, check if there is any air leakage in the suction pipe of the pump, whether the air in the suction pipe is discharged, whether the amount of liquid injected into the pump is sufficient, whether there are debris blockages in the suction pipe, and whether the pump is reversing (especially after replacing the motor or repairing the power supply line). Also, pay attention to whether the suction height of the pump is too high.

If the above inspection still cannot solve the problem, the magnetic pump can be disassembled for inspection.

It is worth noting that the pump has been repaired several times and no problems have been found. Attention should be paid to whether the magnetic coupling is working properly

(4) The head of the magnetic pump is insufficient.

The reasons for this malfunction include: air in the conveying medium, damaged impeller, insufficient speed, excessive density of the conveyed liquid, and excessive flow rate.

(5) The magnetic pump has insufficient flow.

The main reasons for insufficient flow are: impeller damage, insufficient speed, high head, and blockage of debris inside the pipe.

High and low temperature - magnetic pump maintenance

Clean up any debris around the equipment that may affect the safety of the equipment and operators.

Before driving, the pump should be filled with the liquid to be transported (if the pump is suction), the valve should be opened, the outlet gate valve should be closed, and the power supply should be connected.

Connect the power supply and check if the pump's direction of rotation is correct.

Test run the D unit for 3-6 minutes, and if there are no abnormal phenomena, it can be put into operation.

When starting for the first time after long-term shutdown or pump maintenance, remove the fan cover of the motor and manually rotate it to check whether the magnetic pump rotates flexibly. After confirming that there are no problems, install the fan cover.
