1. Current supply system: This system provides stable three-phase AC current through a power supply, usually using a transformer to raise the power supply voltage to the required current level.
2. Current sensor: Install a current sensor at the output end of the current supply system to measure the magnitude of the current. The commonly used current sensors include current transformers and Hall effect sensors.
3. Current control system: According to the testing requirements, the output current of the current supply system is controlled to achieve the required current level.
4. Test sample: Place the electrical equipment to be tested on the test sample table, ensuring that the wiring of the equipment is correct and connected to the current sensor.

1. Connect the working power supply, and the voltmeter on the control panel displays the input voltage value. Press the start button, and the green indicator light will turn on. At this time, the current booster part of the high current tester is waiting for the current to rise.
2. Rotate the regulator handle clockwise evenly, paying attention to the output current indication (unit: ampere) on the control panel until the required high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series to the instrument terminal.
3. During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the experiment.
4. When conducting impact testing. Connect the working power supply, press the start button, raise the instrument to the required current value (note: do not rotate the regulator at this time), and press the stop button. Pressing the start button again will set the current value output.
5. After the experiment is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, and the power supply must be cut off by pressing the stop button. Only after cutting off the working power supply can the test wiring be removed to ensure safety.
