  Industrial dynamic explosion impact sensorNotes:

When installing sensors, it is important to choose a stable location and use appropriate fixing devices to secure the sensor in that position. The installation position of the sensor should be consistent with the direction of the force to be measured to avoid measurement errors. Meanwhile, in order to protect the sensor from external impacts and collisions, appropriate cushioning materials can be added around the sensor.
During use, sensors should be avoided from being exposed to high, low, and humid environments for extended periods of time to prevent damage to the sensitive components of the sensor. Sensors should be placed in a dry and ventilated area to avoid contact with moisture. At the same time, do not overload the sensor beyond its rated load range, otherwise it may damage the sensor. During the work process, try to avoid severe vibrations and impacts on the sensors as much as possible.
In daily use, the working status and appearance of sensors should be regularly checked. If any damage or abnormality is found, it should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. When cleaning the sensor, use a clean and soft cloth to gently wipe the surface of the sensor, avoiding the use of organic solvents or corrosive cleaning agents to avoid affecting the performance of the sensor.
Regularly calibrate and inspect sensors to ensure their accuracy and reliability. The frequency of calibration and inspection can be determined based on the usage and requirements of the sensor, and it is generally recommended to conduct it at least once a year.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1. Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the pressure sensor, such as every quarter or six months. Low concentration alcohol or industrial carbonated beverages can be used for cleaning, and chemical cleaning agents should be avoided.
2. Scope of use restrictions: Strictly limit the usage conditions of the pressure sensor according to the working environment it is suitable for, in order to avoid affecting its service life.
3. High quality power supply: Ensure that the pressure sensor can receive stable and high-quality power supply.
4. Anti vibration: Take effective measures to prevent equipment vibration and shaking, and avoid pressure sensors from being damaged by excessive vibration.
5. Avoid overloading: During use, it is advisable to avoid overloading the pressure sensor to extend its service life.
