Important note for industrial automatic constant magnetic field generator: This power supply can be controlled internally and externally. During internal control, the voltage coarse and fine adjustment knobs need to be manually adjusted. The current coarse and fine adjustment knobs are only adjusted when setting the current limit or constant current output of the power supply. They have been adjusted before leaving the factory and do not need to be adjusted again; When controlling externally, the range of control voltage is 0-5V, and the range of voltage control current variation is 0-2A. Precautions

1. Test personnel must be trained and qualified before operating the equipment;
2. The working power supply of this instrument is AC 220V  10%, 50Hz;
3. Before turning on and off, be sure to turn the voltage setting knob counterclockwise to the bottom. When turning off, the panel indicator value should be 0A before turning off;
4. Please wire the wires carefully before conducting the experiment, and only connect them to the power grid after confirming that the wiring is correct;
After the connection between the coil and the host is correct, press the START button to set the current. When setting the current, the panel indicator value should not exceed 500A. It is strictly prohibited to touch the output OUT of the host and the coil with your hands;
6. The output current range of the instrument is divided into two levels: 0-100A and 100A-500A. Remember to switch between the two levels after the STOP indicator light is on to avoid high voltage hazards;
The operating time of 100A-500A is 1 second to 3 seconds;
8. The instrument should not be placed upside down or rotated 90 degrees to prevent vibration;
9. The F.G. terminal of the instrument should be well grounded;
To ensure comparability and reproducibility of the experiment, the experimental configuration must be standardized.

1. During transportation and use, it is necessary to stay away from high temperatures, high humidity, and corrosive gases. Avoid severe vibrations as they may damage the equipment.
2. During the operation of the power frequency signal generator, if any abnormalities are found, stop immediately.
3. When reusing after long-term storage, it is necessary to inspect the appearance for any damage or dirt.
4. Turning on the switch voltmeter (displaying E-1) indicates that the battery is running low at this point and should be charged immediately, requiring 8 hours of charging. The device should also be charged once a month when not in use.
5. The high-voltage port within the red line of the control panel of the signal generator must not be touched by hand if there is a high-voltage output, in order to avoid personal danger.
6. When using this equipment to test high-voltage voltage testers, the insulation rod of the tester needs to be pulled apart, otherwise the distance is not enough, which will affect the test results.
7. Before use, it is necessary to connect the grounding wire and secure it firmly. After turning off the machine, remove the grounding wire.
