Maintenance;

1. Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank every six months, using the recommended model of oil;

2. Regularly check whether the cooling device starts automatically when the weather is hot (when the oil temperature is ≥ 45 degrees). (The cooling water temperature must be below 30 degrees)

3. Clean the air filter while cleaning the fuel tank;

4. Regularly check the oil filter signal light of the DC high-voltage generator. As soon as the signal light is on (and the buzzer sounds), immediately clean the oil filter;

5. According to regulations, it is necessary to lubricate each lubrication point of the mechanical transmission part of the equipment;

6. Regularly observe the condition of the liquid, and if the liquid level approaches, please replenish the recommended hydraulic oil in the oil tank in a timely manner;

7. Regularly check the dust prevention devices at all locations. If any damage or loose connections are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent sand and dust from entering and damaging the equipment
