The fully automated ImageXpress Pico system can help you get rid of the lengthy and complex manual operation process of microscopes. Simply place the sample into the system, follow the software's visualization buttons, and follow the workflow step by step for image acquisition and analysis. The system software integrates over 25 analysis schemes, ranging from simple cell counting to complex axonal analysis. The software can automatically and quickly optimize parameters without the need for repeated debugging. The obtained analysis results can be displayed in various visual forms, including heat maps, scatter plots, tables, bar charts, and videos.


The ImageXpress Pico system is a closed, desktop level platform that can be easily installed in any laboratory. Based on browser based operating software, you can operate instruments anywhere through the internet. Experimental examples


Unlabeled cell proliferation detection

For low-density cells grown in porous plates, no staining treatment is performed, and direct imaging is performed. The "cell counting transmitted light" module is used for cell counting, and the number of cells at multiple time points is calculated to create a time cell number curve, also known as a proliferation curve. This method causes no damage to cells, is easy to operate, saves costs, and records the most authentic cell proliferation situation.
