Ice bath distiller

Among the distillation items such as food, some detection items are special, and the collected distillate needs to be received in ice bath, such as detection of alcohol content in Baijiu, N-nitrosamines in food, etc. The distillation process is relatively complex, and the collected distillate is received in an ice bath at the receiving end to prevent the organic components of the tested liquid from evaporating again. At present, most laboratories in China use pure manual methods to conduct experimental operations for such projects. During cold baths, ice cubes or simple ice water mixtures are often used for treatment, but if they lose their effectiveness over time, they need to be replaced again.

Application scope

The national standard sampling method is used to detect the concentration of ethanol in various alcoholic beverages, N-nitrosamines in food, sodium acetate, and other items for base distillation pretreatment.

Main features

1. The pre distillation liquid receiving area is designed with an ice bath receiving unit, which uses a built-in compressor cooling method in the host. The sample solution to be received is treated with an ice bath, and no ice cubes need to be added except for pure water.
2. The heating device adopts a bowl shaped far-infrared ceramic vessel suitable for round bottom flasks, with high thermal radiation efficiency and low power consumption.
3. Automatic endpoint control, suitable for 100ml to 500ml volumetric flasks, with an automatic alarm prompt when the distillate reaches the desired volume.
4. A protection system against excessive distillation is designed at the outlet of each distillate, which can automatically lock the distillate outlet after distillation to prevent excessive distillation;
5. The unit in the receiving liquid ice bath has a one click emptying function
6. Using a tablet operating system, remote operation can be achieved, and parameters such as heating power, heating time, remaining time, and water tank temperature can be independently set at any time.
7. The host is equipped with micro boiling and full boiling control modes, which automatically control the heating rate according to different sample boiling points to ensure stable distillation experiments and controllable sample boiling phenomenon.
