In addition to integrated process control (hardware and software), the IRB 5500 FlexPainter also integrates process equipment. IRC5P controls the spraying process and robot movement, thus significantly saving spraying materials.
Based on IPS technology
IPS system integrates push out function, which can further save paint. The basic architecture of IPS combines process control with motion control, simplifying system setup and achieving true cost savings and improved processes.
Tailored for spraying
The robotic process arm of the standard solution is equipped with up to 32 * color changing valves. In addition, it fully integrates two gear pumps driven by integrated servo motors, 64 guide valves, atomizer control with dual forming air and closed-loop regulation functions, closed-loop regulation of rotary cup speed, and high-pressure control. The above solutions are applicable to both solvent based and water-based coatings, and more solutions can be provided according to special requirements.
