Design optimization, widely used
For different interior spraying and conveying schemes, the IRB 5350 robot offers two models: three-axis stop and go and four axis continuous. This powerful and efficient interior spraying solution can be applied to spray booths that are 4.5 to 6 meters wide and 3 to 10 meters long, supporting a conveying speed range of 5 to 10 meters per minute.
Powerful performance and reliable operation
ABB robot motion control technology has been around for decades. IRB 5350 Fusion QuickMove ™/ TrueMove ™ Technology, fast acceleration, and equipped with intelligent sensor fixtures, can complete the door opening cycle within 3 seconds (a typical door opening cycle includes steps such as starting the initial position, opening the door, closing the door, and returning to the initial position). The IRB 5350 can be equipped with a fixture with a load of 7kg and is equipped with advanced door detection sensors, capable of performing various types of door opening and closing operations. IRB 5350 is known for its high standard protection, with a protection level of IP66. The standard protection level of the guide rail shaft also reaches IP66.
