IRB 52 is a professional spraying robot equipped with integrated spraying process equipment. Under the synchronous control of the advanced IRC5P motion system, it uses powerful and proven IPS (Integrated Process System) technology to achieve high-speed process control. The IPS system consists of color changing valves, air and paint regulating valves, etc., ensuring high-precision process regulation, ultimately achieving high-quality coating, and reducing paint consumption. Innovative technology based on mature technology and rigorously validated is a powerful guarantee for stable production and long-term normal operation.

Specialized for spraying

IRC5P is a control system for ABB's first generation spray painting robot, designed specifically for spray painting workshops. Its interface is very user-friendly, equipped with Exi explosion-proof certified FlexPaint teaching pendant, and supports multiple languages. It also comes with RobView5, a customizable desktop software for supervising and managing spray painting workstations.

The IRB 52 has a small volume, a large working range, flexibility and diversity, as well as fast speed, high accuracy, and short cycle time.
