Flexible installation and convenient deployment
The YuMi single arm robot has a compact structure and a lightweight body (9.5 kg). It supports multiple installation methods, including ceiling, desktop, and wall mounted installation, and can be quickly and flexibly integrated into existing production lines. The ultra light magnesium alloy arm rotates along 7 axes and can simulate human movements, making it more flexible than 6-axis robots. This robot is designed specifically for small component assembly processes in the consumer electronics industry, consumer goods industry, and small and medium-sized enterprises to meet their flexible production needs.
Easy to use guided programming
Like the YuMi dual arm robot, the YuMi single arm robot also features intuitive and easy-to-use guided programming, which means workers can easily and quickly teach the robot's movement or positioning, greatly simplifying robot programming. By combining the ease of use and deployment flexibility of this robot, it can address the shortage of highly skilled talent in manufacturing enterprises across various industries, while also lowering the entry barrier for potential new robot users, especially small and medium-sized enterprises.
The YuMi series robots have a wide range of applications and can be combined with each other in various ways. For example, the YuMi single arm robot can be used to transport parts to the YuMi dual arm robot, thereby enhancing flexibility, or to add the YuMi single arm robot as an additional arm to complex assembly tasks that require more than two robotic arms.
The YuMi robot driven by the OmniCore controller is now available for ordering.
