1、 Preparation work

Check the equipment: Ensure that the appearance of the test chamber is undamaged, and that components such as the power supply, control panel, and ultraviolet lamp are functioning properly.

Cleaning the test chamber: Remove debris and dust from the chamber to maintain internal cleanliness.

Sample placement: Place the test sample evenly on the sample rack of the test chamber, ensuring that the sample surface is flat and not obstructed by each other.

2、 Set experimental parameters

Temperature setting: Set the temperature inside the test chamber according to the experimental requirements.

Humidity setting: Some experiments may require humidity control, and appropriate humidity values should be set according to the test standards.

UV intensity and irradiation time: According to the test standards, select the appropriate type of UV lamp and set the irradiation time and intensity.

3、 Start the experiment

Turn on the device: According to the device operation manual, turn on the power, UV lamp, temperature control system, etc. in sequence.

Monitoring the testing process: During the testing process, regularly check the operating status of the testing chamber, record parameters such as temperature, humidity, and ultraviolet intensity to ensure that the testing conditions meet the requirements.

4、 End of experiment and sample processing

Turn off the equipment: After the experiment is completed, turn off the ultraviolet lamp and temperature control system, and turn off the power after the test chamber cools down.

Take out the sample: Be careful when taking out the tested sample to avoid damage.

Sample evaluation: Evaluate the appearance, physical properties, chemical properties, and other aspects of the sample after the experiment, compare it with before the experiment, and analyze the degree of aging.

5、 Precautions

Safe operation: Avoid direct eye contact with ultraviolet lamps during operation to prevent eye damage; Wear protective gloves to avoid burns.

Regular maintenance: Regularly replace UV lamps, clean the inside of the test chamber, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Adhere to standards: Strictly follow relevant national or industry standards (such as ASTM G154, ISO 4892, etc.) during the testing process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
