(1) Product Usage and Main Features
Hot submersible pumps are suitable for geothermal wells and are used to extract geothermal water. Geothermal energy is a cheap and clean energy source widely used in heating, medical treatment, bathing, aquaculture, planting, industrial and agricultural production, services, and other fields.
The series of hot submersible pumps work in geothermal wells, with advantages such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, high efficiency, energy saving, and easy installation and maintenance. It is a replacement product for geothermal water extraction equipment.
(2) Usage conditions
1. A three-phase AC power supply with a rated voltage of 380V ± 5% and a frequency of 50Hz ± 1% should ensure that the rated voltage at the motor terminal is within the allowable deviation range of the rated voltage.
3. The control cabinet must have basic protection functions such as short circuit, phase loss, overcurrent, overload, etc., and ensure that the setting value is adjusted to a stable and sensitive position during installation. This step is very important and requires professional technicians to debug it correctly.
3. The motor is a flushing type, and before installation, the motor chamber must be filled with distilled water (or clean water).
4. The first stage impeller of the water pump should penetrate at least 3 meters below the dynamic water level, the electric pump unit should not penetrate more than 70 meters below the static water level, and the distance from the bottom of the motor to the bottom of the well should not be less than 5 meters.
5. When selecting a model, the diameter of the well should match the model of the pump. It is important to avoid using a pump with a diameter that is too small for a large diameter well, as this is not conducive to the heat dissipation of the motor.
6. The water temperature should not exceed 120 ℃.
