Air handling units (fresh air units) are divided into three series: vertical fresh air units (with air volume ranging from 2000 to 60000m ³/h), horizontal fresh air units (with air volume ranging from 2000 to 60000m ³/h), and suspended ceiling fresh air units (with air volume ranging from 1000 to 16000m ³/h), to meet various needs such as cooling, heating, humidification, and dehumidification. Horizontal fresh air units are widely used in various comfortable occasions such as hotels, theaters, shopping malls, and office buildings; Horizontal fresh air units can also meet the needs of industries such as electronics, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical, cigarette, food, and light industry.
Characteristics of horizontal air handling unit (horizontal fresh air unit)
Frame structure: The horizontal fresh air unit adopts an aluminum alloy frame structure, which is made of high-strength aluminum alloy special profiles. Each corner of the frame is made of special structural castings, and the profiles and corners are connected by an inserted structure. This structure has the following characteristics:
A: Good mechanical strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, and accurate dimensions.
B: The structure assembly is flexible, easy to disassemble and inspect on site, and has a longer service life than steel structure frames.
Panel structure:
A: The horizontal fresh air unit panel adopts an inner and outer double-layer color steel plate structure, with high-density polyurethane or polystyrene foam insulation material injected between the two layers of steel plates, which has better insulation performance than other insulation materials such as glass wool. There is no cold bridge generated in the casing during operation under various climatic conditions and working conditions.
B: The panel is fixed by a special method and sealed with sealing materials to enhance air tightness and insulation. This panel structure has the best performance in insulation, noise reduction, and strength, and is suitable for places with high air quality requirements.
C: The fan of the small-scale unit is directly driven by an external rotor motor, without the need for belt transmission, making maintenance and upkeep convenient.
Fan and motor:
A: The fan used by the unit is a double inlet centrifugal fan, which has undergone strict dynamic and static balance tests and runs smoothly.
B: The fan bearings adopt sealed rolling ball bearings, which are pre filled with lubricating oil and have functions such as automatic centering, automatic self-locking, and thrust prevention. Normal use is maintenance free.
filter:
The horizontal fresh air unit adopts a plate type coarse efficiency filter. The filter material adopts a cotton convex mesh, which can be cleaned multiple times.
Surface cooler:
The selected parameters for the surface cooler are designed using CAD/coil software. The standard surface cooler is a copper tube with a diameter of 16, which is tightened using a copper tube series with corrugated aluminum fins and an integral expansion tube. The copper pipes are arranged in a staggered manner, which ensures high heat transfer performance, low airflow resistance, and superior corrosion resistance, thereby ensuring high heat transfer coefficient and long service life of the surface cooler.
Performance Description of Horizontal Air Handling Unit (Horizontal Fresh Air Unit) (Tables 1-6)
1. The "air conditioning condition" refers to: when cooling, the inlet air dry bulb temperature is 27 ℃, and the inlet air wet bulb temperature is 19.5 ℃; The heating dry bulb temperature is 21 ℃.
2. The "fresh air condition" (100% fresh air) refers to: when cooling, the temperature of the air dried bulb entering is 35 ℃, and the temperature of the air dried bulb entering is 28 ℃; When heating, the temperature of the air dried bulb is -5 ℃.
3. The cold water temperature is: supply water at 7 ℃, return water at 12 ℃, and hot water supply temperature at 60 ℃.
4. The motor power in Tables 1 to 6 is the corresponding parameter under the reference residual voltage value. The residual pressure of the unit is not limited by the data listed in the table, and users should choose according to their actual needs.
5. The noise values in Tables 1 to 6 are the sound pressure level noise values measured at a distance of approximately 1 meter from each surface of the unit (GB/T9068) inside the anechoic chamber.
