High speed sugar cans, also known as high-efficiency sugar cans, are high-efficiency sugar making equipment used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and brewing. Sugar melting refers to the process of dissolving sugar substances, mainly including maltose, glucose, sucrose, starch, cellulose, etc., through heating and stirring. 2、 Composition and characteristics of high-speed sugar cans
A high-speed sugar tank uses specially designed rotors and stators to suck the materials to be processed into the rotor under the high-speed drive of the motor. Due to the high linear velocity and high-frequency mechanical effects generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the materials are subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, high-speed impact tearing, and turbulence in the precise gap between the stator and rotor, resulting in the splitting, crushing, and dispersion of the materials. In a short period of time, the materials are subjected to hundreds of thousands of times of this shear action, so that immiscible materials are uniformly and finely dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, and dissolved in an instant. After the material falls out of the stator assembly at high speed, due to the directional device equipped in the emulsifier dispersion homogenizer, the material forms three-dimensional turbulent flow in a specific container, and the material undergoes high-frequency cyclic reciprocating motion, ultimately obtaining stable high-quality products. According to the different components and characteristics of the sugar, we can be equipped with devices such as variable frequency speed regulation, heating, cooling, pressurization, depressurization, vacuum, etc. The high-speed sugar cans come in square and cylindrical shapes. These two basic components are similar. Generally, cylindrical agitators are installed at the top for easy installation, while square agitators are installed at the bottom for thorough mixing, no material storage, and more uniform distribution. The speed of the high-speed sugar tank can be set to 1400r/min or 2900r/min according to the different speeds of the materials. Other functions can be configured as needed.
