  Working principle of high current three-phase test equipment:
1. Current supply system: This system provides stable three-phase AC current through a power supply, usually using a transformer to raise the power supply voltage to the required current level.
2. Current sensor: Install a current sensor at the output end of the current supply system to measure the magnitude of the current. The commonly used current sensors include current transformers and Hall effect sensors.
3. Current control system: According to the testing requirements, the output current of the current supply system is controlled to achieve the required current level.
4. Test sample: Place the electrical equipment to be tested on the test sample table, ensuring that the wiring of the equipment is correct and connected to the current sensor.
  Precautions for high current three-phase testing equipment:
1. This device is designed for short-term operation, so it is allowed to work at rated capacity for a long time and is not allowed to operate beyond rated current to prevent overheating
2. For newly installed and long-term unused transformers, measure the insulation resistance between coils and between coils and ground with a 1500 megohmmeter before operation. Only when the resistance value is not less than 0.5 megohms can it be used.
3. The use of intermediate current transformers must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
4. When using, the flow should be slowly and evenly raised, and excessive vibration should be avoided during transportation.
5. The contact surface between the voltage regulator and the electric brush should be kept clean, and wiped clean with 90% alcohol dipped cotton yarn depending on the situation.
6. This equipment should be kept clean, ventilated, dry, and stored indoors.
