Overview

The GC-9560-PD helium ion chromatograph is suitable for detecting trace impurities in high-purity gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, argon, nitrogen, helium, neon, krypton, xenon, and carbon dioxide. The instrument is equipped with a highly sensitive helium ionization (PDHID) detector, using center cutting and blowback technology, and equipped with an injection switching valve and an imported helium purifier with a blowback protection gas path. Through non dead volume sampling or online sampling methods, the detection of common impurities such as H2, O2 (Ar), N2, CH4, CO, CO2, or hydrocarbons such as C1-C4 in the above high-purity gases can be completed in one go. The detection limit is up to ppb level, and the repeatability RS is reliable

The national standard GB/T 28726-2012 "Gas Analysis - Helium Ionization Gas Chromatography Method", which was mainly drafted by Hua Ai Chromatography, has been officially announced and implemented since February 1, 2013.
