Scope of Application

Widely used in petroleum refining, chemical industry parks, gas stations, oil depots, pharmaceutical workshops, auxiliary tunnels in coal mines, and outdoor/indoor areas with similar hazardous media.

Flexible incoming and outgoing lines:Multiple standard threading holes are reserved on both sides or at the bottom of the box to facilitate the introduction of cables in multiple directions.

Installation and Usage

Before installation:Confirm that the installation environment matches the explosion-proof level and temperature group of the product.

2. Installation and fixation:Use the mounting holes on the back of the box to securely hang the box onto the wall or structural components.

3. Cable entry:Use explosion-proof gland or sealing joint that matches the threaded port to introduce the cable, and tighten the locking nut to ensure sealing.

4. Internal wiring:Reliable crimping of internal wiring terminals, neat wiring, with margin left.

5. Use and maintenance:Before closing, check that the explosion-proof surface is free of impurities or damage, and tighten all bolts evenly. Regularly check for loose fasteners, aging seals, and perform dust removal and cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to open the cover while it is powered on.
