This new product is mainly used in the cigarette production line designed by Italian company CMOAS for China. It is a key component provided by CMOAS. It is an ideal product for mobile crane motors, electrical appliances, and signal transmission of electronic devices in tobacco production equipment such as DM type material sorting and conveying devices, MCA series silo feeders, SAM series silo feeders, SAD series wire storage cabinets, and FIFQ series stacker type leaf storage cabinets designed by CMOAS. It is a supporting product for various crane factories. This product can replace CMOASS's products, and its product structure, shape, and performance are the same as imported products. All parts are produced using molds. Can be interchangeable with imported products. It can also be used as a spare part for equipment and is widely applicable to the transmission and distribution systems of all mobile trains such as railway crossings, ports, freight yards, cigarette manufacturing, etc.
2、 Cable sliding lineStructural characteristics and working principle
This product consists of three main parts: flat cable, four-wheel trolley for carrying cables, and guide rail. Flat cables are made of non combustible materials and can be used both indoors and outdoors, as well as in places that come into contact with oil stains. They have certain weather resistance and advantages such as smaller bending radius and longer lifespan compared to round cables. The track is formed by cold drawing cold-rolled steel plates in one go to ensure the accuracy of the track section size, replacing the unsafe and heavy use of angle steel and other conductive methods. The indoor sliding line accumulates dust, and the outdoor icing causes a short circuit in the line, which affects its use. It has more domestic characteristics. The unit length of the track is 4-6m, and a coupler connector is used, which can be extended to any length as needed.
The working principle of this product is shown in the engineering application diagram (1). The feeding end of the flat cable (connected to the on-site junction box) is fixed to the starting fixture of the guide rail, and then operated according to the allowable space on site. Fix the cables on the four-wheel trolley with appropriate intervals (1-2.5m), and fix the cable ends (connected to the power supply) on the next trolley (tractor). By using the spring on the trolley to move back and forth, and dragging the cable (if the length exceeds 20rTl, a traction rope should be considered to protect the cable from tension), all the trolleys are driven to slide freely at any speed on the track. The guide rail is easy to install, does not require adjustment, and has the advantages of contactless power supply, making it safe and reliable.

4、 Ordering Notice:
1. Track length (m)
According to the actual running distance of the vehicle, it is determined by the user's statistics, plus the distance for storing and carrying the four-wheel trolley.
2. Cable length (m)
Actual operating length+distance to store trolley+necessary length to reach electrical appliances and junction boxes.
3. Number of four-wheel trolleys
Generally, it is 1/2 of the total length of the track, and users can increase or decrease the number of four-wheel trolleys according to the allowed cable sag space.
4. Number of coupling connectors:
According to the total length of the track, accessories are required for tracks exceeding 4m.
5、 Quantity of other accessories
1、 The quantity is calculated by users based on the number of mobile vehicles. Generally, each vehicle requires one set of accessories, which includes:
