Fully integrated into System Lab 2.0, the newly launched fully automatic compact grinding and polishing system SAPHIR X-Change combines several meters of standard grinding and polishing equipment into one unit, such as a refueling rack that can hold 16 types of grinding and polishing media, an integrated liquid addition unit, and a sedimentation tank. The operation process is automatically controlled through intuitive touch screen. The central force fixture is easy to manually loosen and tighten, simplifying the preparation process for sample making. The grinding and polishing medium is automatically replaced, and all parameters can be directly adjusted during the process. The semi covered work area with large panels and light barriers provides high safety standards.
