High quality wire feeding motor and digital closed-loop control complement each other

1. The wire feeding motor is customized by British high-tech enterprise PML, using excellent DC precision flat printing motor and four-wheel wire feeding mechanism, with speed feedback photoelectric encoder;
2. In terms of control, a dual loop control method of current and speed is adopted, with FPGA digital filtering processing of current and speed signals and fault monitoring. The parameter optimized digital closed-loop controller enables the wire feeding device to have excellent dynamic and static characteristics, laying a solid foundation for high-level welding performance.

Adopting a dual core architecture of DSP and FPGA, IGBT inverter control, current and voltage closed-loop control, wire feeder control, signal sampling and filtering, and system protection are all digitally processed.
2. Fully digital soft touch panel for more user-friendly operation
Parameter adjustment and storage digitization, with soft touch keys, rotary encoder switches, and large-sized LED settings and display parameters, possessing operability and visibility; The large capacity memory space ensures reliable storage of multiple sets of memory parameters.
3. Digitization of interfaces
The welding machine is connected to the robot and wire feeder through digital communication, ensuring accurate and reliable remote control.

1. The Guangshu BRH350 welding machine adopts advanced low spatter welding technology, which reduces the current at the beginning of droplet transition and necking process, reducing the spatter by more than 10% compared to welding machines controlled by ordinary waveforms;
During the low current welding process of thin plates below 2.3mm, the requirement of no need for polishing after welding can be basically achieved.
