In metal packaging inspection scenarios, such as food cans, metal hoses, and other packaging production lines, it is necessary to check whether the packaging is in place or whether the seal is intact. Sensors with a detection distance of 3mm-10mm are installed at the packaging station. After detecting that the metal packaging is in place, the filling or sealing equipment is controlled to start. Stainless steel shell (304 material) products are selected, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, and meet food hygiene standards.

Equipment positioning scenarios require precise positioning of equipment such as food conveyor lines and filling machines' mechanical arms. Sensors are installed at the positioning points of the equipment's motion trajectory to detect metal positioning blocks on the equipment, output signals to control equipment start and stop, with a protection level of IP67 or IP68, and can withstand high-pressure water flushing from food factories (such as CIP cleaning systems). In the monitoring scenario of the cleaning process, the cleaning nozzle of the food processing equipment needs to be in place before starting the flushing. A sensor is installed at the nozzle position to detect that the metal parts of the nozzle are in place, and output a signal to allow the flushing to be started to avoid splashing and polluting the environment. Acid and alkali resistant sealing materials are selected to adapt to the corrosion of the cleaning solution.
