working principle:
FuturaContinuous flow analyzer is an analytical testing system that automates colorimetric analysis. It proportionally flows standard working fluid, samples, and reagents into the chemical analysis pipeline, while injecting uniform and consistent bubbles to form a continuous fluid bubble separation system in the pipeline, which not only prevents sample diffusion but also removes contamination on the pipeline wall, maintaining the integrity of the sample. After a series of reaction steps (such as mixing, heating, and distillation), a reaction occurs and a color substance is generated. The transmittance intensity is detected by a colorimeter to obtain the corresponding peak electrical signal, which finally reaches the detector to complete the analysis process. The entire process is fully automated.
