working principle:

2. The polishing disc trimming mechanism adopts hydraulic suspension guide rail for reciprocating motion, and the diamond trimming knife precisely trims the grinding surface of the polishing disc to achieve the desired flat effect.

Characteristics:

1. The traditional way of repairing polishing discs is to use electroplated wheels, which results in less than ideal repair effects. The error can be tens or even hundreds of microns. After being repaired by a disc repair machine, the flatness of the grinding disc can reach ± 0.002mm; the flatness of the workpiece after processing can reach ± 0.0005mm (φ 50mm).
