In the harsh environment of flammable and explosive in chemical plants, high temperature, high pressure, and flammable and explosive environments are common in modern chemical production processes, and accurate monitoring of oxygen content is often a key link in ensuring process safety and efficiency. Especially in places such as chemical plants where there may be explosive hazards, the use of explosion-proof zirconia analyzers has become a rigid requirement for safety production.

Explosion proof zirconia analyzer: The explosion-proof level usually reaches Ex d Ⅱ C T6 Gb, suitable for hazardous areas in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2, ensuring the safety of flammable and explosive environments. This means that the equipment can operate safely in explosive gas environments. Explosion proof zirconia analyzers are designed with explosion-proof enclosures and intrinsic safety circuits to physically isolate sparks or high temperatures that may occur inside the equipment from external hazardous environments.

Medium low temperature scenario (≤ 700 ℃); High temperature scenario (>700 ℃); For flue gas with temperatures up to 1000-1100 ℃, such as when burning corrosive substances, a high-temperature exhaust zirconia analyzer should be selected, and a recrystallized silicon carbide intake pipe should be used. For coking plant flue gas outlets with flue gas temperatures between 500-650 ℃, a high-temperature direct insertion explosion-proof zirconia analyzer can be selected. The insertion depth is usually 2/3 of the diameter of the flue, and the material of the protective pipe should be 316L stainless steel with flange installation.
